FTE Services

FTE - A chemist(s) who will work full time on the project(s) assigned by a specific client/ customer and will work towards developing a synthetic protocol and deliver the required quantity of product(s). Depending on the client/customer requirements, the FTE chemist will work towards developing a scalable procedure (process research) with optimized and reproducible results.

Adequate number of FTEs are assigned to each custom research, synthesis, or product development project to insure reliable, efficient, and timely delivery of results.

FTE fee towards the synthesis of the final products will include the chemist and support staff wages, costs towards chemicals, raw materials, glassware, equipment and chemical analysis along with infrastructure overheads, packing, shipping, insurance and forwarding costs.
